3.1.1. We will provide Carriage only to the Passenger named in the Ticket and/or the List of Passengers. During Your flight check-in You must provide Your identity so that We can identify that You are the person named in the Ticket and/or the List of Passengers. If We have information that Your Ticket may have been acquired unlawfully, we reserve the right to request You to submit additional details or information related to the acquisition of Your Ticket.
3.1.2. Tickets purchased are not transferable. Only the person named on the Ticket is permitted to travel using the Ticket.
3.1.3. You will not be allowed to travel if You fail to provide a valid Ticket (confirmation of reservation) for a certain flight and a valid identity document.
3.1.4. The Ticket is a valuable document and You should take appropriate measures to safeguard it and ensure it is not lost, stolen or damaged. This provision is not applicable to an electronic Ticket.
3.1.5. Tickets shall not be valid unless the charter price, including, if applicable, taxes, levies, charges, increases and the like have been paid for Us by the Client or until credit arrangements established by Us have been complied with, pursuant to the terms of the applicable Charter flight agreement.
3.2.1. Ticket is valid only for the flight dates specified in the Ticket.
3.2.2. Tickets issued by the Client are valid provided that the Client pays Us for the certain charter flight or the block seats and duly fulfils all the other obligations under the Charter flight agreement We have entered into.
3.3.1. Instead of Our name on the Ticket, Our Designator Code or an abbreviation of Our name may be specified. You can request information about Us from the Client and/or find it on Our website www.getjet.aero. The flight is performed pursuant to a Charter flight agreement between Us as carrier and the Client and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Charter flight agreement.
3.3.2. We have concluded agreements with other airlines that are known as “code shares” or “charter agreements”. This means that another carrier may operate a flight, even when we (GetJet Airlines (GW)) are indicated as the carrier in the carrier box of the ticket/voucher. In the event of a code share flight or charter flight operated by the other carrier, you will be advised regarding the carrier operating the flight. In the event that the charter flight is operated by a different carrier, you should familiarize yourself with the conditions of carriage of the operating carrier, e.g. check-in times, requirements and policies regarding the carriage of unaccompanied minors, carriage of animals, refusal of carriage, operational irregularities, denied-boarding compensation and free baggage allowance/acceptance, etc.
3.3.3. For flights with Us (GetJet Airlines, code ‘GW’), these Conditions of Carriage apply. These Conditions of carriage apply for code share flights when GetJet Airlines code (GW) is indicated as the carrier even is operated by the other carrier. For charter flights which are operated by the other carrier, the general conditions of carriage (passengers and baggage) of the carrier operating the flight shall apply:
(i) for flights operated by GetJet Airlines Latvia (code ‘GJ’), the general terms and conditions of carriage (passenger and baggage) of GetJet Airlines Latvia apply. View the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of GetJet Airlines Latvia.
(ii) for flights operated by Airhub Airlines (code ‘RE”’), the general terms and conditions of carriage (passenger and baggage) of Airhub Airlines apply. View the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Airhub Airlines.
3.3.4. GetJet Airlines (code GW), GetJet Airlines Latvia (code GJ) and Airhub Airlines (code RE) are using the same customer service center [email protected] and each Passenger claim shall be provided to this customer service center by e-mail: [email protected], save the passengers have the right to provide claim also to the Client (the tour operator).
3.3.5. If the name or code of the air carrier is indicated on the Ticket, that air carrier is considered the contracting air carrier.

In the event of a code share flight or charter flight, you will be advised regarding the carrier operating the flight. In the event that the charter flight is operated by a different carrier, you should familiarize yourself with the conditions of carriage of the operating carrier, e.g. check-in times, requirements and policies regarding the carriage of unaccompanied minors, carriage of animals, refusal of carriage, operational irregularities, denied-boarding compensation and free baggage allowance/acceptance, etc.
